DUTIES OF ALL OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS           10

All officers and committee members of the Society shall act in the interest of the Society and its objects and shall not act contrary to same. They shall act and be seen to act in a proper manner reflecting the good honest image of the Society. Any Executive Committee member acting to the contrary shall be reprimanded by the Committee. If that Member continues to act contrary to the objects and interest of the Society following such reprimand then he shall be liable to be expelled from the Executive Committee and his membership cancelled.

THE USE AND CONTROL OF THE COMMON SEAL OF THE SOCIETY  11

The common seal of the Society shall bear the registered name of the Society and should be kept in the custody  of the Secretary. The common seal, after resolution of the Executive Committee shall be affixed to any instrument, deed or document in the presence of and shall be witnessed by any one of the President or Vice President and counter witnessed by the Secretary or the assistant Secretary.

Financial  overseers          12

At the first annual general meeting of the society and at each annual general meeting thereafter, the society shall elect three financial ordinary and or life members, who shall not be members of the Executive Committee, to inspect and examine the Society’s financial transaction. The three persons so elected shall be called “financial overseers”. They shall have at all reasonable times access to the Society’s books, documents, accounts and any other information that they may require to discharge their duties as financial overseers. They shall be bound to submit a report on their findings to the Society as and when such overseers shall reasonably deem it necessary.
