Croatian Consulate General: Consular days

Consular days for the Croatian Consulate in Auckland will be held on 17th and 18th February 2018 with the following schedule:

  • Saturday 17th February from 10am to 6pm  
  • Sunday 18th February from 10am to 6pm

Thank you for your cooperation and observance of the schedule as follows:

10am – 1pm

Passports - applications and issuing of passports, notary public affairs and verification of signatures.

1am – 2pm

Entries in the register of citizens and state registration (births, deaths, marriages) and the requirements for the issuing of birth certificates / certificate of citizenship.

2pm – 6pm

Work related to the issuing of citizenship - receive applications for citizenship, the decision on citizenship, consultationsCitizenship – application for citizenship, consultation .

 

In order to answer your questions regarding ongoing cases or for requests that are in process, we kindly ask that you submit your queries by Friday, 09/02/2017 at the following address:

To expedite procedures we would appreciate it if you arrive with full documentation that is required for your procedure. If you have any doubts about what is needed please contact us on crocons.auckland@mvep.hr prior to your arrival at the consular days.

Fees for consular services need to be paid online, directly at an ANZ Bank branch or by cheque. We are unable to accept cash. Payslips will be distributed on the spot upon service request.

The Consular days will be held at the Croatian Cultural Society clubrooms 

161 McLeod Road, Te Atatu South. Payments for consular services need to be 
in the form of a cheque or online. We are unable to accept Eftpos or cash.

Application and renewal process.

OBAVIJEST O ODRŽAVANJU KONZULARNIH DANA U GK RH AUCKLAND, NOVI ZELAND

Konzularni dani u GK RH Auckland, Novi Zeland, održati će se u

subotu, 17.2.2018. i  nedjelju, 18.2.2018. od 10.00 do 18.00 sati.

u prostorijama Hrvatskog kulturnog društva na adresi:

161 McLeod Road, Te Atatu South, PO Box 83139, Edmonton, Waitakere 0652.

 

Kako bismo svi skupa bolje organizirali svoje vrijeme tijekom konzularnih dana tražene usluge obavljat će se prema sljedećem rasporedu, koji vrijedi za oba dana:

10 – 13 sati          putovnice – zaprimanje zahtjeva i izdavanje putovnica

javnobilježnički poslovi – ovjere potpisa, kopija

 

13 – 14 sati          poslovi matičarstva – upisi u knjige državljana i državne matice (rođenih, umrlih, vjenčanih) i zahtjevi za izdavanjem rodnih listova/domovnica i ostalih izvadaka iż matica

 

14 – 18 sati          poslovi vezani za pitanje državljanstva – zaprimanje zahtjeva za državljanstvo, uručenje rješenja o državljanstvu, konzultacije

 

 

Da bismo mogli odgovoriti na Vaše upite u svezi tekućih predmeta odnosno zahtjeva koji su u postupku, ljubazno molimo da svoja pitanja dostavite najkasnije do petka, 9.2.2017. na adresu:

Također, svima će biti lakše i predmeti će se brže rješavati, ukoliko dolazite s potpunom dokumentacijom koja je potrebna za Vaš zahtjev. Ukoliko imate dvojbi što je sve potrebno ponijeti, upućujemo na konzultaciju putem navedenog e-maila crocons.auckland@mvep.hr prije dolaska na konzularne dane.

 

Uplate za konzularne pristojbe primaju se u čekovima ili putem banke. Gotovinu nismo u mogućnosti primati. Uplatnice ćete dobiti na licu mjesta nakon zatražene usluge.
