Dalmatino Live in Concert

Friday 21st April - 7PM

Dalmatino - Live in Auckland at the Croatian Cultural Society

Dalmatino was founded by musicians Ivo Jagnijić and Zdravko Zsunara in 1998.  Since they released their debut album Cukar i Sol in 2001, which sold more than 20,000 copies, they launched a small revolution in Croatian pop music and have gained great popularity. They have won gold and silver plates and Porina 2002 for new artist of the year.

Both Ivo and Zdravko are former members of the popular 80’s band Tutti Frutti.  Ivo is well known for his exceptional song writing abilities.

So far the group have released four albums: Cukar i Sol, Dobro Jutro, Lipa Ric and Moj Dom, and Jagnjić puts the author's signature on 40 of the 42 tracks. They are frequent guests at the festivals: Split, Melodies of the Croatian Adriatic, HRF, Zadarfest and CMC festival.  They also tour around the world.

They wowed us with their unique sound  when they last visited Auckland.  Make sure you come along to experience their music on the 21st of April.  It’s a concert for the whole family!  Get ready for lots of dancing and singing to a well respected and popular Croatian band.
